Annual Open Enrollment Day

Our Annual Open Enrollment Day is held in January each year. Filling out our online enrollment form (below) is your way to get on the list for the Annual Open House held each February. The form is mandatory for enrollment and is your family’s first step in applying to PBNS for the school year beginning in the fall.

If you missed our Annual Open Enrollment Day, do not fear. Please fill out the online form and we will get in touch with you.

When you submit an enrollment form, your child’s name will be added to the list in the order the form is received. The first families that fill out the online form will be invited to Open House in February when they can come visit the school and meet the teachers. Space is limited.

Please do not use the form below prior to 9:00 a.m. on the Annual Open Enrollment day. Early enrollment inquiries are not accepted. Please let us know in the comments section if you are an alumni family. Thank you!
